1. What cars are available?

We offer a world-class fleet of exotic and luxury vehicles including Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Aston Martin, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and premium SUVs like Range Rover and Mercedes G-Wagon.

2. Who can rent a vehicle?
  • Age: Minimum 25 years. Ultra-exotics may require drivers to be 30+

  • Licence: Full, valid driver’s licence required. Non-English licences must be accompanied by an IDP or certified translation

  • Experience: Minimum 1–5 years driving history preferred

  • Under 25? Some models may be available with a surcharge—contact us for details

3. What documents are required?
  • Valid full driver’s licence

  • Government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID)

  • Credit card in your name (debit cards not accepted)

  • Proof of residential address (for local residents)

4. Is insurance included?

Yes, basic insurance (CDW/LDW) is included. Excess typically ranges from AUD 1,000–1,500. You can reduce or waive this by opting for premium coverage. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is available as an add-on.

5. What is the security deposit?
Security deposits range from AUD 5,000–20,000+, depending on the vehicle. It’s pre-authorised on your credit card and released upon safe return of the car.
6. Are there mileage limits?
Yes, most rentals include a daily mileage limit (usually 100–150 km). Extra distance is charged per km. Always confirm the allowance and rates at booking.
7. Can I add extra drivers?
Yes. Additional drivers must meet the same age, licence, and experience requirements. Extra fees may apply.
8. Is delivery or pickup available?
Absolutely. We offer vehicle delivery and pickup across Sydney—including hotels, homes, and airports. Fees apply depending on location.
9. What if the car breaks down?
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. In the rare case of mechanical issues, we’ll repair or replace the vehicle as needed.
10. Who handles traffic fines and tolls?
All tolls, traffic violations, and fines incurred during your rental are the renter’s responsibility. These will be charged to your account.
11. What is your cancellation policy?
  • Full refund for cancellations made 72+ hours before rental

  • Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a fee or forfeiture of deposit (varies by booking)

12. Can I rent for just a few hours?

Yes. We offer flexible durations—hourly, half-day, full-day, weekend, and weekly options. Some vehicles may require a 4-hour minimum rental.

13. What other costs should I expect?
  • Insurance upgrades (excess reduction, PAI)

  • Fuel (car must be returned full)

  • Cleaning (if returned dirty)

  • Late or early return fees

  • Extra mileage charges

  • Young-driver surcharge (if applicable)

14. How do I make a booking?

16. Can international visitors rent a car?
Definitely. Overseas visitors are welcome with a valid licence and either an English translation or International Driving Permit. Don’t forget to bring your passport.
